I'll kick it off.

I'm Greg Houtteman and fish aboard Experience Outdoors a 1990 Tiara 3600 Open.

I started the process of creating the GL2S in 2002 and also launched Educated Angler (www.educatedangler.com) a couple years after that. These initiatives were born from my passion for the sport, fishery, and the hard-working competitors that put it on the line at each tournament.

I'd like to welcome you to GL2S and urge you to sign up and get involved. We are building GL2S to be a world-class competitive tournament series and to benefit everyone who has a passion for the sport. We want to hear from you - we want your feedback - we want your help - the bottom line is that we all need to work together to fight for what we deserve.

The first full season of GL2S will be launched during the 2009 (GL2S.09) season but we will be rolling out some exciting things in the 2008 (GL2S.08) season as well.
